Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary is a graduate school of theology related to The United Methodist Church. The school has been serving for more than 150 years and is located in Evanston, Ill. It is accredited by North Central Association of Colleges and Schools and Association of Theological Schools of the United States and Canada. The school prepares students for seminary, church-related college and university teaching in the theological disciplines. It offers classes in sociology of religion, Christian education, Old Testament, homiletics, Greek history and systematic, pastoral and applied theology.
