I was Pastry Chef for the Herrington Inn & Spa in Geneva for the past 2 years. I received such an overwhelming response from the hotel guests and fellow chefs that my wife and I opened our Elgin based kitchen in last year. Now we produce gourmet desserts and sweet tables. With homemade flavors, tastes and textures made to classic standards.
