Established in 2000, Touchpoint Logistics is a family-owned company that serves the supply chain needs of customers throughout the Midwest region. Its transportation capabilities include truckload, refrigerated, less-than truckload, flatbed, local cartage, time-sensitive air freight delivery, same-day shipping, expedited and transloading services. Touchpoint Logistics additionally provides cross docking, product inspection, call center support, and returns and processing services. It maintains 220,000 square feet of warehousing space to provide pick and pack operations and distribution, kitting, assembly and shrink packaging services. Touchpoint Logistics is located in Elgin, Ill.
