HistoryThe reason why i did not work as a personal trainer during my previous job is because I was not sure yet what i wanted to pursue as a career. I started to look into a personal trainer certification because my friends and family seem to always rely on me to train them, due to the fact that i have experience in working out since I was in high school. I did 3 years in gymnastics and I was put in advanced physical education. Since then I started to realize that i like to educate people and help them along the way to become proficient in understanding and maintaining the well being of the mind, soul, and body. I will create to the best of my abilities a safe workout routine for every client that is willing to meet their goals. I can assure you that all my actions will meet the standards of a certified professional trainer.
