Don Pedro Carnitas has been around for 30plus years. We are currently second Generation Duarte family. Our father Pedro Duarte Vega began the restaurant. Bringin with, his siblings with the idea to progress in the United States. To this day, we are still a small family owned business with ties to the community.

We specialize in Carnitas. Our business always revolved around Pork n deep fry. We render our own fat. We do not let any piece of pork go to waste. Altogether, deep fried, love, makes flavorful Carnitas. Consistency. We are also consistent with our flavors and quality. We put our heart into our food.
