White residue and dark blue spots. Not wet spots and not deodorant stains. We saw all of this when we took it out of the bag.

The original color is that dark blue part.

My sister got her dress dry cleaned here for a wedding. Since she had a relative pick it up for her, she didn't get to see it until the wedding day. They ruined the dress! Just look at the photos....

I'm only giving them 1 star because zero isn't an option. I brought 2 tops in to be altered, they messed up both of them. I think a 12 year old in a home economics class could have done better....
