CrossFit Shoreside, owned by Michelle Larson, is a place where people can come to gain strength, cardio, flexibility and endurance. During scheduled 1-hour long classes throughout the week, people will do squats, pullups, pushups, kettlebells, jump rope, box jumps, rowing, powerlifting, olympic lifting and many other workouts.
