Bryan attended Northwestern University as a Wyman-Hibbs Debate Scholar and obtained his law degree from DePaul University College of Law. Early in his career, Bryan defended doctors and hospitals in medical malpractice litigation. Subsequently, Bryan was an insurance company officer responsible to negotiate reinsurance commutation agreements with European Reinsurers. In 1992, Bryan started his own lawfirm founded on the philosophy that high quality legal representation should be available to all at fair and reasonable rates. The firm represents small to mid-sized businesses and individuals. The firm represents clients at the trial and appellate levels in both state and federal court. The firm focuses on B2B collection, intellectual property litigation, business disputes, probate and bankruptcy.
