Ag-View s seed varieties lead in both research and performance. Area farmers elect a board of directors to establish policies for the cooperative. Its general manager is responsible to administer policies and hire employees needed for services. Ag-View FS and other similar cooperatives in Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin and Ontario, Canada, joined together to form GROWMARK to circulate patronage refunds.
