This is the bath tub it's peeling.

This is a cracked ceiling in one of the bedrooms that the leasing agent said it's structural damage they can't do anything about that.

an opening around the pipe under the sink that they didn't fix.

This is under the sink where a mouse could come out.

This is the bathroom that the leasing agent told me it was cleaned. I had to clean it myself.

This is in the closet where mice could come out of the hole.
