The City Hall is governed by the City of Zion in Illinois. It includes fire and rescue, city council, economic development and police departments. The hall features the City Clerk's Office, which offers contract maintenance, records management and election administration services. It has a public works department that provides leaf collection, snow removal, hydrant flushing, waste recycling and garbage pick up services. The City Hall also has a building department that offers permits for electrical, plumbing, framing and heating work projects.
