History
The land that is now Central Park was once the Kuebker Family Farm. The Grayslake Park District made multiple attempts to purchase the well-positioned Kuebker farm before acquiring 14.67 acres in 1979. At 61 acres, Central Park is now one of the largest parks in Grayslake.
