Carmel Catholic High School, located in Mundelein, Ill., is a Catholic college-preparatory secondary school for students in grades nine through 12. The high school is sponsored by the Sisters of Charity of the Blessed Virgin Mary and the Order of Carmelites. The school building includes various educational and athletic facilities, including more than 50 academic classrooms, over 10 science labs, computer labs, art and music rooms and a library. Carmel Catholic High School is accredited by the State of Illinois, the National Catholic Education Association and the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. The high school additionally organizes a range of athletic activities that includes baseball, basketball, cross country, football, golf, hockey, soccer, tennis, track and field, volleyball and wrestling.
