After serving as board president of a 19-unit self-managed association for 12 years I knew first-hand the challenges that volunteer boards face with budgets, reporting, vendor selection, project coordination, and communication. In 2010, I prepared for and passed the exam to become a licensed Community Association Manager. Since 2010, Board Approved Property Management has provided condominium property management services to associations in Lakeview, Wrigleyville, Buena Park, and Uptown.

Condominium property management for small to medium-sized condominium associations. Services include preparing comprehensive annual budgets; managing finances; inspecting, repairing, and maintaining the property; giving board members and owners complete online access to financials, association documents, and the status of current, past, and future maintenance projects; handling owner communication and correspondence; and attending board meetings and record minutes.
