History
This physical location started as Elmhurst Yoga Shala in 2003. Ahimsa owners Kelly Merydith and Masin Ouksel purchased the business from Jackie DeGaetano in December of 2017, making this Ahimsa's 5th location in Chicago's Western Suburbs. They are so excited to offer more classes and offers to this incredible community.

Your first week of yoga at Ahimsa is $30 and it includes all regular yoga classes at all Ahimsa locations, 15% off retail, and member discounts on events. Our business specializes in hosting adult yoga classes. We have a variety of classes from restorative to vinyasa flow. We also have kids classes, as well as teen classes weekly. Prenatal yoga is on Wednesdays at 6pm and we often offer mommy & baby classes.
