History
360 Core Studio teaches all types of fitness levels. Types of classes offered are Pilates Reformer and Mat, TRX Suspension Training, Ballet Barre and Yogilates. Small group classes help participants focus on form. Training the people of the NW Chicago and suburbs has been so amazing. Normal people working out, having fun and becoming stronger is my everyday goal.
