Finn Petersen, MD is leads the allogenic (donor) blood and marrow transplant program at St. Luke's Cancer Institute - Center for Blood Cancer Therapy as part of our new "heme-malignancy" (blood cancer) program. Dr. Petersen is internationally known for his long-standing work focusing on complications related to hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, and is an author and co-author of over 180 peer reviewed scientific publications, books, or book chapters. He is a frequent invited speaker at national and international conferences on topics of infections and treatment-related complications in blood and marrow transplantation and acute leukemia treatment.
