Kellogg Public Library is a member of the Cooperative Interlibrary Network (CIN) which allows our patrons to access books, audiobooks, and movies from all member libraries using interlibrary loan. We also provide print, fax, and scan services; use of laptops, computers, novelist plus, freegal and talking book service for the blind.
