History
Our family has been cooking and catering to others for generations. We once resided in a very remote area, when people came to visit they came in large groups with large appetites and stayed for days. My first real cooking adventure began when I was 16, since then I have grown to love the art more & more. Several years ago, I had the privilege of working in a venue similar to our current adventure, I give credit and thanks to Tom and Mark for their awesome guidance. Food is fun!

Tri Tip, Pulled Pork, Ribs, Chicken, traditional home style cooking specializing in a variety of salads, homemade sauces, and amazing desserts! Meats are grilled and/or smoked over apple wood and occasionally cherry or pear wood. Full service dining, indoor/outdoor, take out. Catered events.
