Although our company is young, Clint Hansen, PLS and Vincent Blommer offer 20 years of combined surveying experience. They understand that to maintain longevity in the land surveying business, the ability to adhere to project schedules and budgets is imperative. The following provides details of how Land Solutions will ensure that schedule and cost control is maintained on our projects. Work products will be reviewed by an Idaho-licensed professional land surveyor for appropriateness and compared to the project requirements. Work will also be reviewed for workability, cost-effectiveness, accuracy, and compliance with the governing agency's standards. Upon Notice to Proceed, the project will be separated into tasks and a project schedule will be developed that satisfies the project requirements and time constraints. Scheduling will be done by calculating the amount of time the project requires to meet the scope of work and also the amount of time that is allowed for the project. The number of hours will be inserted into current project work to ensure that the work is performed as scheduled.
