History
After working as a trainer for 3 years, Angela opened her first personal training gym in 2001. As she developed and refined her system of targeted strength training with High Intensity Cardiovascular intervals, she started doing more group training. In 2007, Angela and her husband trainer Rob Freeman, expanded into the bigger current space for their specialized private training with Rob doing more individual training and Angela focusing on the groups. There are two new additional offerings. One is Psychology of Eating coaching with Angela. And the second is strength/YOGA combinations.

What is that you ask? You can get your weight training in and not feel like you have to go for a run afterwards because your cardio is integrated throughout the workout. What we eat is only part of the equation... WHO we are as eaters is the other super awesome important part. Eating Psychology Coaching. It's a totally new POSITIVE cutting edge approach to creating sustainable changes around losing weight, body image issues, digestion, mood swings, binge eating, overeating, and any immunity concerns. Any of the previously mentioned issues are often connected to work, money, relationship, family, intimacy, life stress and so much more. Ah HA!
