Welcome to North Idaho Nephrology North Idaho Nephrology Associates ( NINA ) is dedicated to the care and treatment of acute and chronic kidney disease. Chronic kidney disease affects about one in nine adults in the United States. The disease has been on the rise mainly due to diabetes, obesity, and other factors such as high cholesterol and smoking. North Idaho Nephrology Associates offers the very latest treatment advances with the added benefit of local convenience to kidney patients. A wide variety of renal and hypertensive problems are treated at the NINA clinics. Our nephrologists and staff coordinate all aspects of patient testing and care, with continuity of patient care being a primary goal. We are excited to announce the development of a new dialysis facility in the Coeur d'Alene/Hayden area in limited partnership with Liberty Dialysis. Drs. Joshi and Foster also participate in the care of their patients at the Fresenius Medical Care units in Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls and Hayden.
