History
Unlimited Construction, founded in 1990, is an entirely locally-owned company committed to building in Hawaii. Unlimited, has been responsible for numerous construction projects throughout Hawaii including hotels, multi-family subdivisions, high end residential homes, commercial complexes and industrial projects including water tanks, bridges, and a submarine berthing pier. We specialize in resort, commercial, residential and industrial building general contracting. We incorporate environmentally sound practices such as re-using and recycling job site materials whenever possible and now have 80% of our project staff are LEED Accredited Professionals. As part of our preconstruction services, we evaluate projects to determine what can be reengineered or changed to achieve desired results for lower cost. We
