History

We started off cooking on a small propane grill next to Suzie Wong's Hideaway in Waikiki and my how the time flies as now this is our 5th season being open but with a food trailer.

Specialties

Locally based food truck serving up our take on bar food favorites with a hint of BBQ flavor at everyone's favorite 5 star dive bar Suzie Wong's Hideaway in Waikiki. We are not your typical BBQ spot!! We do have Taco Tuesday so only tacos and quesadillas on that day. Check us out on Facebook or Instagram for pictures and updates on the truck!

Ono, Soft, and good tug on the ribs which were also charred well. Tater tots nice crisp. Awesome friendly service. Would I come here again? Definite yes!
