People ask us why we chose the name Rebel Kitchen and our answer is that we chose to be rebels for following our dreams. We were a couple of kids with a dream of opening our own restaurant in Hawaii, after years of planning and saving we made the move and in 2011 Rebel Kitchen was born. Our bottled signature Sauces were created to enhance our eclectic, globally-inspired dishes-We offer burgers and sandwiches on freshly baked bread, cut-to-order salads made with local community produce, delicious rice plates & a daily lunch special.
