Specialties
Open Space Yoga's mission is to create an atmosphere where each student finds their own way into yoga. We understand more and more that we can't put yoga in a box and label it. Yoga is not defined as one system or tradition but in fact has infinite ways of expression. At Open Space we value and respect the varying forms and expressions of yoga. As we grow and evolve collectively, we understand that yoga is about the individual path which is what we are all here to ultimately support.
