A piece of local grinds is on base! Hickam AF base has an express version of Nico's Pier 38, sandwiched along the Hickam PX main store (just follow Nico's signs...). Nico's menu is pretty...

The fish definitely wasn't fresh, I got the bottom of the rice pot fish was stringy.One of the worst plate i had in my life(Seared Ahi Plate). I would add a star but it wasn't worth a single star....
