History
After growing up in CT and moving to Hawaii, I have worked in all levels in a variety of restaurants. Finally I was able to fulfill my dream of opening Max & Lucy's in 2010. Named after our children, it is a place where you can come for a good, home cooked meal. Many of the recipes are of the things that I grew up with...Chicken Parmesan, Calzones, Lasagna and Meatloaf. All of our treats are homemade using family recipes as well.
