Lihue United Church is a federated church of the United Methodist Church and the United Church of Christ, formed from the merger of Lihue Union Church and East Kauai UMC in 1972. As God's living stones, the church is dedicated to glorifying God, building up God's temple, and extending the Kingdom of God by sharing their faith with friends and neighbors.
With a rich history dating back to 1898, Lihue United Church welcomes all to join their Sunday worship services, which include an All-Church Service with the Sacrament of the Lord's Supper celebrated every 1st Sunday of the month, as well as a Tongan language service in the afternoon and evening on Wednesdays.
