Keaau Middle School offers education to students in grades six through eight. It has an enrollment of more than 600 students and is affiliated with Hawaii Department of Education. Its curriculum includes language arts, social studies, science and technology, mathematics, foreign language, family and consumer science, and health and physical education. The school provides various extracurricular activities to students, such as music, fine arts, dramatics, dance lessons and field trips. It also offers a variety of sports activities to students, including soccer, volleyball, basketball, football, cross country, baseball, and track and field. It also has a parent-teacher organization that assists in fundraising activities and programs and provides assistance in curriculum improvement. The school is located in Keaau, Hawaii, and is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges.
