History
The practices of Wuji Meditation, Qi Gong and Tai Chi have brought great health, healing, vitality and joy into my life. It is no exaggeration to say that these arts have completely changed my life in a very positive way and empowered me on more levels than I can articulate. In my teaching, I endeavor to share my complete understanding of this system of health, healing and vitality in an easy to follow, step-by-step manner that is customized for each student's experience, desire and level of ability. I have been a diligent (some say fanatic) student of Tai Chi since 2003. I teach Hun-Yuan, Silk Reeling & Medical QiGong, Standing Wuji Meditation, and the 24 &83 step Chen Syle Hun-Yuan Xinyi Taijiquan (Tai Chi) forms. In addition to our public classes, I am available for private instruction and to teach at workshops and on retreats.

Cultivate the Foundations of Health & Vitality! Public QiGong & Tai Chi Class every Tues and Weds morning 8-9:30AM * available for private instruction, workshops & retreats. Qi Gong helps to simultaneously energize and relax the body, mind and spirit. In and of itself, it is a great health meaintenance and enhancement practice. It is also the foundation for the study and practice of Tai Chi (Taijiquan) Taijiquan practice requires more intensive study than Qi Gong. In addition to being a great tool for increasing health, vitality and endurance - Taijiquan application is an extremley effective internal martial art. One more amazing benefit of both Qi Gong & Tai Chi is that regular practitioners experience better coordination, centeredness, balance and grounding (physically and mentally) We offer classes in Hun-Yuan and Silk Reeling Qi Gong and as well as the 24 & 83 step Chen Style Hun-Yuan Xinyi Taijiquan forms
