Ichiriki specializes in Japanese Nabe, also known as hot pot. We have the ever popular shabu shabu and sukiyaki dishes but we are best known for our award winning (Hale 'Aina Gold Medal) original Nabe. The Nabe comes with specialized broths that we have spent over a decade perfecting. Combine that with the freshest highest quality meats, seafood and vegetables and you will know Ichiriki.
