Disbursing operating funds as provided in the management agreement and as authorized by the Owner. Maintaining separate security deposit, client's trust, operating and reserve accounts. Providing annual 1099 tax forms to Owners and Vendors. Following up on delinquencies through the use of notices, letters, calls and personal contact.
