Founded in 1905, Bill E. Ireland Youth Development Campus is a Georgia state reformatory center that serves more than 250 men. It operates a special management unit, as well as offers aggression replacement training solutions. The center provides behavior management, sex offender treatment, and alcohol and drug awareness services. It also specializes in residential substance abuse treatments. The center administers educational and honors programs. It offers guidance, counseling, recreational, and dental and mental health care services. Bill E.
