For over thirty-five years, Carl Michael Williams has served families throughout Metropolitan Atlanta, as a funeral director and embalmer at Ivey Brothers Funeral Home, Inc Carl served with dignity and expressed concern for the families he came in contact with. Upon the death of the owner Clara Ivey Wilson in 1992, Carl served as President of Ivey Brothers until he purchased the business from her estate in August of 1994. The funeral home new name became Ivey-Williams Funeral Home for one year. The Ivey name could only be used for one year of transition. In 1995 the business was renamed Carl M. Williams Funeral Directors, Inc The trust and confidence that was placed in Carl during the three years of transition had inspired him to move forward with the determination to provide the community with the highest professional standard of service. Carl M. Williams Funeral Directors, Inc is a family owned business pledging to continue the tradition of caring and reliable service delivered to customers in the most dignified manner.
