Have failed numerous times to pick up either garbage, recycling or both. Calling WatePro was a waste, as promises to pickup were readily offered but usually not honored.

Garbage, garbage company (pun intended). They aren't bothered by skipping your pick-ups with zero notice, they are rude on the phone, and they will charge you for missed pick ups without a second...
