Treat everyone like a customer. I needed something notarized and because I wasn't an account holder I was denied. Thats fine. There is always a good way to say especially in busines.

horrible customer service. The wait time is ridiculous and its always 1 maybe 2 employee in the bank behind the counter. and don't go through the Drive Thru you will be waiting like me as I type...
