A car that was left to spill oil everywhere after being worked on a month ago.

Mold in the dinning room of one apartment.

A scooter with trash has been sitting here for more than two years broken & unused management knew about it.

This picture was taken 1/11/14 3:26 pm & told the office a pipe was busted from the freeze today it is still running.

Trash left by tenants on the side of the building.

Broken dryers have been this way for months management refused to replace them.
