As the Owner and President of the company, Patricia strives for integrity in information technology by providing best of practice solutions to our customers. Tony oversees new business development of The Royak Group's Project and Professional services practice. With over 26 years of executive level expertise in Divisional, sale, project, and Account Management, Tony is adept at developing small initiatives into highly profitable ventures. Prior to joining Royak Group, Tony was responsible for providing customer solutions with Comsys, Spherion, CTG, and Cap Gemini. Bob oversees the daily operation of Royak Group. The Royak Group, Bob is spearheading initiatives such as the implementation of financial processes, office networking, employee benefits, registrations with Federal, State and Local governments, Women Owned and Small Business Certifications, and operational services. Ray brings more than 30 years of high-energy, senior-level Manager with more than 30 years of hands-on experience planning and managing must happen technology deployments; coordinating consortium partners plans and achievements; managing accounts; developing and mentoring staff; and quality assurance. Ray has managed both large and small IT environments and his career has been with International companies with a broad Global focus. Phil oversees the ERP/SAP delivery of business results for clients, client engagements, and project execution/implementations through full project lifecycles, project structuring, analytics, business process metrics, design solutions, and ongoing client relationships. Phil has over 21 years IT industry experience covering functional and technical expertise spanning SAP and ERP implementations. In addition to his prior roles The Royak Group as Sr. Engagement Manager and Project Manager, Phil has also held roles as IT Director of Enterprise IT Strategy & Planning, IT Director of Business Solutions, and Sr. IT Manager at Georgia-Pacific Corporation, where he was responsible for ERP solutions for headquarters and over 52 manufacturing facilities. Phil provides expertise in project management and ERP/SAP implementations spanning Order Management, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Vendor Managed Inventory, and Financial areas within the supply chain arena. Jim Lynn has over 30 years experience in information technology, almost totally in the insurance business. Within the information services arena Jim has worked in software development and software maintenance. He has also spent a good deal of his career in both consulting and executive IT management. His primary work experience has been in insurance applications in Accident & Health, Life, and Property and Casualty insurance. Jim later advanced into executive IT management as the officer overseeing mainframe and server technologies at Confederation Life and Health Insurance Company, Cotton States Property & Casualty, Atlantic American Corp ( a holding company of Life, Health and Property & Casualty companies ). Along the way Jim has also managed computer operations and technical support functions. He has also built a financial systems software center and a large mainframe computer facility, where he hired the staff of 125 IT professionals Contel, Inc John manages Business Process Practice The Royak Group. With more than 20 years experience in consulting, his focus and expertise are in process and performance improvement. Using a holistic process engineering methodology, John has assisted companies in realizing significant value and bottom line profitability improvement. John's experience spans commercial and governmental organizations in multiple industries, including finance, human resources, information technology, insurance, manufacturing, and retail. Prior to joining Royak Group, John delivered business process consulting services for IQ Business Group and
