Located adjacent to Duluth City Hall on Main Street, Taylor Park reminds visitors of the city's railroad history and allows children to clamber over playground equipment with a train theme. The half-acre city park features a miniature train depot/picnic pavilion, a replica of a water tower with a slide and playground equipment shaped like an engine, passenger car, tanker and caboose. The park land was given to the city by the Kelley Family in 1996. The train-themed improvements were completed in 2009.
