Spice the Americas was started by Chef Ernest Hines in his hometown Philadelphia, PA as a catering business. Chef Ernest honed his culinary skills working in a range of commercial kitchens and restaurants in Philadelphia. In 2017 he moved to the Metro Atlanta area and launched Spice the Americas Food Truck to offer his signature dishes that feature the very best recipes and cuisines of North and South America.
