Dr. Rahim Wooley earned his undergraduate degree from Cornell University and received his MD from the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Wooley then completed both an internship and residency in internal medicine at Rutgers-New Jersey Medical School. He went on to complete fellowship training in pulmonary and critical care medicine at Rutgers-New Jersey Medical School where he served as a Chief Fellow. He is a member of the American College of Chest Physicians and is an elected member of the Gold Humanism Honor Society (recognized for his dedication to patient care). Dr. Wooley treats a wide variety of pulmonary conditions, including COPD, asthma, and interstitial lung disease. He also cares for patients in the medical intensive care unit, with a particular interest in utilizing critical care ultrasound. In his spare time, Dr. Wooley enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, watching sports, and learning to golf. Dr. Wooley is accepting new patients and welcomes most major insurance plans.
