We offer Neurostar TMS for treatment resistant depression for those that are unable to tolerate or prefer not to use medications. TMS is likely the future of treating depression as the STAR*D study which is the largest study ever on treatment of depression and was funded by the NIMH confirms that remission rates (zero symptoms) are particular low with medications,even with psychotherapy, which typically require multiple medication augmentations to attempt to obtain remission and not just a response/improvement. TMS is typically fully covered by Tricare and partially or fully covered by most networks with secondary coverage. Flexible payment plans are available for any balances not covered by insurances. Dr. Warner has a particular interest in treating Veterans as he is one himself and feels that he can uniquely relate and is satisfied in serving those that have served our country in the Armed Forces.
