Mill Creek Elementary serves students in grades Pre-K - 5 (Enrollment 720) under the leadership of Principal Jennifer Wade. Mill Creek Elementary School is a Leader in Me school. Leader in Me has been implemented effectively and successfully at schools around the world to address the social and emotional learning needs of the whole child. Through the program we teach children to identify and celebrate the leader within themselves through direct teaching, practice, and application of the seven habits. The paradigms of The Leader in Me teach students and teachers lifelong leadership skills they will carry outside the walls of the school to help ensure success in future careers and to build positive relationships with others.
