This bright, cheerful restaurant and cafe brings a taste of Mexico and El Salvador to the area. Restaurant Mexico Salvadoreno Genesis offers some of the region's traditional dishes such as ricas pupusas (a Salvadorean pancake with meat filling) and yuca con chicharron (deep-fried yucca plant served with pickled cabbage, carrot, onion and pork rinds). The restaurant also serves typical Mexican fare as well, such as tacos, quesadillas, tamales, enchiladas and tortas. Breakfast offerings include huevos rancheros with frijoles and atoles, a traditional, hot Mexican dough-based beverage.
