SpecialtiesThe mission of Smart Cookie Education is to help 3rd through 12th grade students who have ADD/ADHD succeed in school and in life. Most such students are very intelligent and capable, yet struggle to work up to their ability levels in school. The key to these students' success is their learning strategies and techniques that will allow them to address their specific needs and difficulties while still being able to learn the same content and complete the same assignments as all other students with whom they attend school. Smart Cookie Education specializes in ADD/ADHD tutoring, including help with study skills and organization and academic area help. We help students learn self-regulation strategies designed to help improve their executive functioning skills. In the spring/summer of 2016, we will add ADD/ADHD coaching to our service offerings.
