Irwin County High School is an educational campus that provides instruction in several subjects, such as fine arts, business education, mathematics, science, social studies, and family and consumer science. It enrolls students in grades 9 through 12 and conducts classes in agricultural studies, foreign languages, technology applications, and health and physical education. The school s extracurricular activities include football, cheerleading, and arts and crafts. In addition to academic teachers, its staff includes special education instructors, technology coordinators, guidance counselors and public relation officers. Located in Ocilla, Ga., Irwin County High School also has a media center that stocks various course books and magazines. The school is a part of Irwin County Schools, which provides educational services to students in pre-kindergarten through grade 12.
