Founded in 2003, Hot Beats Recording Studios offers three studios for recording music. The funky, modern interior has seen such recording artists as Collective Soul, Seven Dust and more recently, Lil Wayne. Each studio features Pro Tools HD recording systems and different acoustics. There are several lounge areas for guests. Hot Beats is owned by Russell Freeman Jr., an Atlantic Station resident. Freeman said scenes from the television series "The Dukes of Hazard" were filmed at the building in the 1970s.
