Great location in downtown Helen. The rooms are a bit dated. Our bathroom door needed painting badly and some tissues in the bathroom are usually expected. Don't expect to be able to check in...

Hi we arrived on 10/21 after 8 hour drive. The room was neat but did have dirt & hair on the bathroom floor, there were dusty bulbs on the ceiling fan. The table lamps were dusty. The coffee pot...

This hotel is dirty. dust bunnies on the ceiling, hair on the floor, coffee pot dirty and lots bugs. I was not able to stay there so spent more money on last minute hotel.
