Coal Mountain Baptist is located in the northern part of Cumming on Dahlonega Highway close to Brown Bridge Road. Pastor Danny Bennett was born and raised in Forsyth County and received his calling at the young age of seventeen. Since then he has served local communities within Forsyth County and has officiated over Coal Mountain Baptist since 1999. He welcomes all to services every Sunday at 11am. Sunday School Assembly starts at 9:45am with Sunday school following at 10am. Besides Sunday worship and religious education classes, radio, tape and Internet ministries are available to those who may not be able to attend in person or who just want to augment their religious experience. The church also offers a preschool program.
